			<h3 Style="text-align:center;">Troubleshooting</h3>

			The most common failure point in our launch controllers is the Ethernet cable (extension). If one or more channels are malfunctioning, the first thing to do is to swap the Ethernet cable. This is why <strong>we recommend purchasing a spare cable to carry with you to launches.</strong>

			If you have had a problem, the best thing to do is test on a table with a spare Ethernet cable of <strong>any</strong> length. As long as it is a CAT 5 or CAT 6 cable (all sold today are one of these) you will be able to test with it.

			You may use short wire segments from <em>used estes ignitors</em> as a fuse of sorts. Hook up each fuse on the launch positions you wish to test. Then go through a launch test as if you were at the range launching rockets.

			A spare Ethernet cable may be purchased at most popular retailers. You may also contact us and we will ship you a replacement cable promptly.
