We also discussed cutting. I assumed they have a water cutter but Curtis said that they tear up fiberglass cuts. CW use CNC machines to cut fins and a table saw with a Dewalt Concrete saw blade from Lowes Home Improvement. He said that they cut over a thousand pieces before they need to replace the saw blade.
Cutting fiberglass risks mineral fiber contamination which is very hazardous to health, especially to the lungs.
