I just completed our first prototype of the Low Power Relay board for the fiver controller. This is an effort to reduce the parts count, assembly complexity and cost of the fiver controllers.

align:left The prototype PCB worked as designed. However the traces were insufficient to carry the current required. The new relays are rated at 12 amps @ 12vdc. The original 40 amp relays are overkill for the fiver, and these relays should suffice. We will continue to use 40 amp relays for the HPR controllers.
